Use of our services
By engaging BrndMonk you agree to these terms. Scope, deliverables and fees for any project are defined in a separate written agreement.
Payments
Fees are as quoted in your agreement. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed against milestones unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
Our services are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed remain payable.
